Terms of Use
These Terms of Use: (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ManeLogic Academy, LLC’s websites, pages, courses, digital products, memberships, communities, events, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). ManeLogic Academy, LLC (“ManeLogic,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides educational content and systems related to hair training and execution. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1) Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase the Services.
2) Account registration and security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or the Community Guidelines, shared access credentials, used the Services fraudulently, or harmed the community or business operations.
3) Purchases, billing, and renewals: When you purchase a subscription, course, or add-on you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method, you agree to the pricing and billing frequency shown at checkout, you understand subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before renewal. Failed payments may result in paused access until resolved.
4) Track structure and offer definitions: ManeLogic may offer separate Tracks, including, ManeLogic™ At-Home and ManeLogic™ Pro, with different access rules. Your access is governed by the offer checkout page, the applicable Track Terms (At-Home Terms or Pro Terms), and access groups/community permissions.
5) Digital delivery + drip content Digital access is delivered via your Kajabi login and/or email. Some content may be drip released over time. You agree that unlock schedules and access controls are part of the product design.
6) Intellectual property: All content and materials in the Services—including videos, lessons, PDFs, frameworks, templates, community prompts, brand assets, and training systems—are owned by ManeLogic or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not: reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, publish, or share the content, share logins or grant access to others, record, repost, or re-teach the training as your own curriculum, create derivative training products based on ManeLogic materials. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the Services for your personal use or professional development (as applicable to your Track) while your account remains in good standing.
7) User content: If you submit content (posts, comments, images, questions, feedback) (“User Content”), you grant ManeLogic a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for operating and improving the Services. You represent you have rights to post it and it does not violate law or third-party rights.
8) Prohibited conduct: You agree not to harass, threaten, or exploit others, post unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or infringing content, attempt unauthorized access, scrape, reverse engineer, or distribute malware, misrepresent ManeLogic, impersonate others, or deceive users, violate the Community Guidelines.
9) Disclaimers (no guarantees): The Services are educational. Results vary and depend on many factors. ManeLogic does not guarantee outcomes. Health/scalp concerns, chemical services, and heat use carry risks. You are responsible for safe execution, professional judgment, and compliance with licensing and safety standards.
10) Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent allowed by law, ManeLogic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits/data/goodwill arising from your use of the Services.
11) Termination: We may terminate or suspend access at any time if you violate these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable laws. Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using ManeLogic materials.
12) Changes to these Terms: We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
